Amen is founding member and the Chief Executive Officer of IASD. He is a financial management professional specializing in ESG investment and climate finance. He has been involved in the design and structuring of several capacity-building, climate adaptation and mitigation projects that have successfully mobilized over USD 350 million in financing from international financial institutions such as the Green Climate Fund, the Adaptation Fund, the European Union, and philanthropic organizations such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Open Society Foundation. Demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to development, Amen is a recipient of the Hubert H. Humphrey 2024-2025 Program (a Fulbright Exchange program), where he has honed his knowledge and skills in management and investment at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
